2011 Lateral Entry Teacher Information Session
Pre-registration Ended at 5 pm April 25
You must hold a relevant degree or 24 semester hours of coursework from a regionally accredited college or university in a critical needs area or have passed the Praxis II subject area test for a critical needs area of license and have a 2.5 g.p.a. (grade point average), to attend.
Critical needs areas include:
- Special Education
- Mathematics
- Science
- Foreign Languages (Spanish & Latin)
- ESL
- Family and Consumer Science (CTE)
- Health Occupations (CTE)
- Business Technology (CTE)
All candidates must pre-register and receive confirmation to attend the Information Session.
